To Remain In The Ownership Of Government Of Nepal
(1) The trees standing in the resided or rehabilitated land from the very beginning of its award shall remain in the ownership of Government of Nepal.
(3) Government of Nepal shall have to remove such trees as soon as possible. A person who removes the trees mentioned in Sub-section (1) without permission shall be punished as if he has committed the offence in the National Forest.
